branding of the fashion brand for modern nomads
The Brief
I was asked to do a branding proposal for Nomadbasic to provide artistic direction of the brand to illustrate their brand story and attributes visually which is “essential clothing for modern nomads”. The brand targeted the EU and UK market mainly.
Challenges
The brand has a lot to tell and the narrative provided initially is coming from a lot of different angles. Having in mind the markets which were targeted, a corresponding approach was needed.
The Solution
By narrowing down the narratives received, 3 keywords are extracted as the core attributes of the brand which are comfortability, sustainability and quality. Moreover, referencing brands with these attributes like Everlane, Arket and First Rite, a unique style of Nomadbasic was developed.
